Northern Exposure welcomes all players to come in and train!
Our in-house trainers are ready to take your game to the next level. If you're a private coach or trainer in need of a well-equipped off-ice training center, we offer private rental options tailored just for you.
General Rules
• Listen to coaches, trainers and staff at all times
• BE KIND and HELPFUL to each other at ALL TIMES
• Train like NHL coaches are watching!
• White hockey blade tape only. No color tape allowed in the facility. (Hint … you can tape just the edge!) White tape is available for $1. Pre-taped sticks are available.
• No shooting pucks other than at the shooting tarp(s) or nets.
• No food or drink is allowed in the shooting lane area or around skating treadmill.
• No street shoes allowed on the synthetic ice. Shoe covers are available.
• No horse play is allowed in the facility. Fees may be forfeited if asked to leave. At any point during a session, we can ask players to leave for misuse of equipment
• Only pucks provided by Northern Exposure are allowed in the facility.
• No shooting the stick handling pucks!! *If you break the stick handling pucks, you must replace the pucks.
• No one is to be in any part of Carolina Acceleration or Greensboro Batting Center unsupervised unless directed by trainers or staff of NEHA.
